MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Monthly parking with Secure Parking USA LLC operates on a recurring billing basis, with payments automatically processed on the 1st of each month, unless predetermined net terms have been discussed and applied to the account. If an individual is setting up the account on behalf of another person, both the account holder and/or user(s) assume all associated risks.

To reserve a parking space for a future start date, payment must be made within 48 hours of submission. If payment is not received within this time frame, the reservation will be voided.

Upon purchasing, refer to your confirmation email provided by Secure Parking’s customer support team for details of when your parking access will be fully activated. Confirmation emails are typically sent within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase.

MONTHLY PARKING AUTO RENEWAL

Monthly parking with “Secure” (Secure Parking USA LLC, also known as Secure-a-Spot) operates on a recurring billing cycle, with payments processed automatically on the 1st of each month. If parking begins prior to the 1st of the month, the initial billing will be prorated for the remainder of the month. The full billing amount will be reflected on the 1st of the following month.

By purchasing parking, and agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to have your parking fees billed automatically on the 1st of each month for the selected period.

You also agree to have your credit card information securely stored by our third-party payment processor. We do not store any of your financial information; we only store the necessary details for account setup (such as name, email, phone number, license plate, etc.).

ACCOUNT UPDATES

The account holder is responsible for keeping all contact and personal information on the account up to date. If you need to update any information, simply log into your account and make the necessary changes.

All parking permit information will be provided in the initial confirmation email. Parking permits may vary depending on the location. As the account holder, you are responsible for following the instructions associated with your specific parking type and location. If a violation occurs due to improper use of the parking pass or failure to display it, the violation will be the responsibility of the account holder.

CANCELLATION

Secure Parking does not require notice for cancellations. To cancel a parking permit, the cancellation request must be submitted before the release of the invoice. Once an invoice is

issued, the account will be considered renewed for the next billing period. Cancellations will not be accepted via email or phone; they must be submitted through the online portal or the cancellation form.

Upon cancellation, all future billing will be halted, and the account holder will retain full use of the parking permit until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued once payment has been processed.

Account holders are responsible for returning any parking permits provided by Secure to the address specified in the cancellation notice. Failure to return the permit within the required time frame will result in lost pass fees.

Secure Parking USA LLC reserves the right to terminate this parking permit for any reason.

RATE AND PARKING CHANGES

Rates for parking permits are subject to change at any time. Secure Parking will provide notice of any changes via email to the account holder 30 days prior to your upcoming invoice. This notice will detail any changes in rates or parking products.

Account holders can request a change to their parking product (e.g., standard, reserved, commuter, etc.) if the request is made prior to the release of invoices. These changes will reflect on the new account renewal. Changes are only applicable if the parking product is available for purchase at the desired parking location.

FEES & PROMOTIONS

All parking accounts will be charged a one-time startup fee in addition to a recurring monthly $5 service fee per account.

If a promotion code is used at sign-up, the promotion will apply according to the terms of the promotional code. Once the promotion term has ended, the monthly fees will revert automatically to the original price of the parking product selected at the time of purchase.

REFERRALS

Account holders can refer an unlimited number of new accounts to receive referral credit. The referred accounts must sign up and pay for one full month of parking before the referral credit can be redeemed by both parties. The credits will be applied to the next open invoice.

Referral credits are only applicable for immediate start dates. If a referral code is used for a future start date, it will be considered invalid, and the credit will not be applied to either account.

Canceled accounts that are reinstated are not eligible for referral credits. Credits are only applicable for new accounts.

A referral credit cannot be combined with promotional discounts or tenant parking.

PAYMENT / LATE FEES

All invoices will be processed automatically on the 1st of each month, unless the predetermined net terms have been discussed and applied to the account. Payment will be charged to the payment method saved on the account.

Secure Parking does not charge late fees on parking accounts. If payment is not received within 5 days of the listed due date, all parking permits associated with the account will be disabled. A disabled permit may result in ticketing, towing, or other enforcement measures at the owner’s expense. If the account holder chooses to park while the permit is disabled, they will be responsible for paying daily rates to maintain valid parking.

If payment is not received within 20 days of the listed due date, the account will be terminated. Once an account is terminated, the account holder will be responsible for paying all outstanding fees before the parking permit can be reactivated. If an account holder wishes to reinstate a terminated account, current rates, promotions, and availability will be provided at the time of reactivation.

If commuter benefit checks or debit cards are used to pay for parking fees, the commuter benefit company is not affiliated with Secure Parking. All billing issues and cancellations related to a commuter benefit account must be handled directly with the commuter benefit provider. Secure Parking cannot intervene on behalf of the account holder for unpaid balances, refunds, cancellations, or pricing changes associated with commuter accounts (e.g., WageWorks, Commuter Pay, Commuter Benefit).

VEHICLE INFORMATION

Each parking permit allows the permit holder to park one vehicle on-site at a time. The permit holder can have both a primary and secondary vehicle listed on the account per parking space. Both vehicles must be associated with the same permit holder, and parking spaces cannot be shared between multiple individuals. If a parking permit is found to have double-parked vehicles for any period without purchasing daily parking, both vehicles will receive parking violations. Continued infractions will result in ticketing, towing, or other enforcement measures at the owner’s expense.

Enforcement personnel and cameras monitor all valid permits based on the license plate(s) currently on file in the system. If updates need to be made to the vehicle(s) on the account (whether permanent or temporary), use the update vehicle form in your portal or contact a Secure Parking

customer support representative. To prevent receiving violations, towing, or other enforcement actions, make sure to update your vehicle information before parking.

FACILITY RULES

Permit holders agree to follow the instructions of any facility/lot personnel and/or posted signage. Vehicles must not be parked in such a way as to block traffic lanes or violate any laws or regulations. Vehicles may not be parked for promotional purposes within a parking facility without the express written permission of Secure Parking USA LLC.

The installation or addition of equipment is not permitted without the express written permission of Secure Parking USA LLC.

Permit holders must adhere to the time constraints of the parking facility and/or the parking permit purchased. Failure to follow listed times may result in ticketing. In gated or enclosed facilities, vehicles cannot be retrieved until the listed facility hours if they are not removed prior to closure of the facility.

Permit holders associated with an account are responsible for any damage they have caused to the parking facility or its property, whether directly or indirectly, by their vehicle or actions.

Secure Parking USA LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to you, your vehicle, or its contents. Permit holders are advised to lock vehicle doors and remove any valuables from plain view. All parking facilities are parked at your own risk.
