MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Monthly parking with Secure Parking operates as a recurring subscription. If an individual is setting this account up on behalf of another person, the account holder and/or user(s) assumes all risks.
Future start date submissions require payment to be paid on the account to hold the space until the intended start date. If payment is not made within the 48 hours of submission the sign up will be voided.
After purchase, please refer to your confirmation email receipt for more instructions on when your subscription is fully activated, and you can begin parking. Your confirmation email is sent within 24 – 48hrs from purchase time.
SUBSCRIPTION AUTO RENEWAL
Subscription parking with “Secure” (Secure Parking USA LLC also known as Secure-a-Spot) operates as a recurring fee – renewing on the same day for each time period selected (i.e., a one-month subscription beginning on 5/3 would renew on 6/3, 7/3, etc.).
By purchasing a subscription, and agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to have your parking subscription automatically renew based on length of subscription selected. You also agree to have your credit card information stored by our third-party credit card processing provider. We do not store any of your financial information – we only store what is needed for account setup (Name, email, phone, license plate, etc.).
The subscriber is responsible for keeping all personal information on the account up to date. If, for any reason, you need to change information, simply log onto your account, and update your information.
All parking pass information will be provided on the initial confirmation email; parking passes will differ between locations. As the subscriber you will be responsible for following the instructions listed with your specific parking type and location. If a violation is received for improper use of parking pass or failure to display, the violation will be the responsibility of the subscriber.
Secure Parking does not require any notice for cancellations. To cancel a parking subscription, the cancellation must be submitted before the release of the invoice, once an invoice is released the account is considered renewed for the next subscription term. Cancellations will not be accepted via email or phone; cancellations can be submitted through the online portal or cancellation form. Upon cancellation of a parking subscription, all renewals will be halted, parkers will have full use of their parking subscription until the end of that current parking term. No refunds or credits will be allocated once a subscription is purchased. Rates are subject to change at any given time. Notice will be provided via email for any changes prior to renewal.
Account holders will be responsible for returning any passes provided by Secure to the address provided on their cancellation notice. Failure to return the pass in the required time frame will result in lost pass fees.
FEES & PROMOTIONS
All subscription accounts will be charged a one-time startup fee in addition to a recurring monthly $5 service fee per account.
If a promotion is used at sign up, the promotion will apply per the terms of the promotional code. Once the promotion has completed the term the subscription fees will revert automatically to the standard monthly fees of your selected parking location. In the event of a rate increase, Secure Parking will give notice via email.
Subscribers are able to refer up to three accounts to receive the referral credit. These accounts must sign up and pay for one full month of parking for the referral credit to be redeemed by both parties, credits will be applied to the next open invoice. The referral credits are only applicable on immediate start dates, if a referral code is used on a future start date it will be considered invalid and the credit will not be applied to either account.
Canceled accounts that are reinstated are not applicable to receive the referral credit, credits are applicable only for new accounts.
Referral credits cannot be combined with promotional discounts or tenant parking.
PAYMENT / LATE FEES
All invoices will be processed automatically on the listed due date to the payment method saved to the account.
Secure Parking does not charge late fees on monthly subscriptions. If payment is not received within 5 days of the listed due date all parking passes associated with the subscription will be disabled. A disabled pass will result in ticketing, tow, or other enforcement measures at the owners’ expense. If the subscriber chooses to park while the pass is disabled, they will be responsible for paying daily rates to be considered valid. If subscription payment is not received within 20 days of the listed due date the account will be terminated. Once an account has been terminated the subscriber will be responsible for paying all fees on the account prior to the parking subscription being reactivated. If a subscriber wants to reinstate the terminated account, current rates, promotions, and availability will be provided to the subscriber.
If commuter benefit checks or debit cards are used to pay for parking fees, the commuter benefit company is not affiliated with Secure, all billing issues and cancellations to a commuter benefit account will need to be handled separately. Secure cannot reach out on behalf of the account holder for unpaid balances, refunds, cancellations, or pricing changes that are linked with the commuter account. (i.e., WageWorks, Commuter Pay, Commuter Benefit).
One parking subscription allows the subscriber to park one vehicle on site at a time. Subscribers can have a primary and secondary vehicle listed on the account per parking space. Both vehicles must be associated with the same parker, parking spaces cannot be shared between multiple individuals. If an account is found double parking vehicles for any amount of time without the purchase of daily parking, both vehicles will receive parking violations.
Enforcement personnel and cameras monitor all valid parkers based on the license plate(s) that are currently on file in the system. If vehicle updates need to be made to the vehicle(s) on the account (permanent or temporary) use the update vehicle form located on your portal or contact a Secure Parking customer support representative. To prevent receiving violations, towing or alternative enforcement measures during account changes make updates prior to parking.
Subscribers agree to follow the instructions of any facility/lot personnel and/or posted signage. Vehicles must not be parked in such a way as to block traffic lanes or violate any laws or regulations. Vehicles may not be parked for promotional purposes on the lot without express written permission of Secure.
Subscribers are to adhere to the time constraints of the parking facility and/or the subscription that they have purchased. Failure to adhere to listed times may result in ticketing. In gated or enclosed facilities, you will be unable to retrieve your vehicle until the listed facility hours.
Secure is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to you, your vehicle, or its contents. Customers are advised to lock vehicle doors and to remove any valuables from plain view. All lots and garages are parked at your own risk.
Secure Parking USA LLC reserves the right to terminate this subscription for any reason.
