Validation Account Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before signing.

*If you are setting this account up on behalf of another person, the account holder and or user(s) assumes all risks

  1. Validations are processed on the 1st day of each month.  If payment is not received by the 5th of the month validations will be turned off until payment is received in full.

  2. If validations under your account go unpaid for 60 days or more, the balance will be sent to collections.  Any late fees or collection fees will be the responsibility of your company.

  3. Late fees are applied to any unpaid balances.  This charge will be not be reversed as Secure Parking gives multiple reminders to prevent late payments.

  4. Validations rates are the same as daily rates.  Daily rates are subject to change without notice.  If a Secure Parking USA gives you a set rate per validation, a 30-day notice is required by Secure Parking USA for any rate changes.

  5. Validations do not guarantee parking.  At any time, Secure Parking USA has the right to temporarily suspend or turn of validations if traffic for the lot or garage is too high.

  6. Monthly validations do not entitle your validators to park at any other Secure Parking lots or garages.

  7. By completing this monthly validation agreement, you are consenting to “Secure Parking USA LLC” (hereafter referred to as Secure) using the information to manage your account, and if necessary, to disclose your account information to a collection agency.

  8. If you are parking at a location that requires valet, this means your vehicle will be driven by and parked by an authorized lot attendant.  Customer and Operator agree that all claimed damage or loss must be reported and itemized by customer to attendant in writing before car is taken from the facility.

  9. The parking of unlicensed or uninsured vehicles, the general storage of vehicles, and the repair or maintenance of vehicles is prohibited.  Vehicles in violation of this policy will be ticketed and or towed at the owner’s expense.

  10. Your company must follow the rules of your validation. Any parking outside of the imposed restrictions will be deemed illegally parked and will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.

  11. Vehicles must not be parked in such a way as to block traffic lanes or violate any laws or regulations. Vehicles may not be parked for promotional purposes on the lot without express written permission of Secure.

  12. Parking Validations are for the use of one parking space per validation.  If additional spaces are needed the validator will be required to use multiple validations.

  13. Secure Parking USA is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to you, your vehicle, or its contents. Customers are advised to lock vehicle doors and to remove any valuables from plain view. All the secure parking lots and garages are park at your own risk.

  14. Validators are required to enter their vehicle licenses plates or place a receipt on their dashboard.  Failure to enter the information correctly or to place receipt on dashboard will result in ticket or tow at the owner’s expense.

  15. Customer agrees to follow the instructions of any facility/lot personnel and/or posted signage.

  16. Changes to customer name, company name, address, phone numbers, credit card or banking information, must be reported in writing or email to Secure Parking USA.

  17. Customers may terminate their validations at any time.  Validations must be terminated through Secure Parking USA’s cancellation form.  Cancellation will not be accepted by phone or email.  The cancellation form can be accessed on Secure Parking USA’s website or requested by phone or email.

By signing below, I am agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for all employees that park under your companies account.  Please list the companies and your title with the company below.
